VIEWING & RECEPTION
Please join us on SATURDAY, MAY 19, 2018
Secret location to be announced soon!
On Saturday, May 19, 2018, people around the world will gather to celebrate the marriage of HRH Prince Harry and Miss Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle. With media attention from around the world, this will be a not-to-miss event.
We are curating an exclusive, marche-style breakfast event in Calgary to celebrate this prestigious occasion.
Guests will arrive dressed in garden party attire between 8-9am for a full red-carpet experience, complete with paparazzi and a signature arrival beverage. Mingling, photography and light refreshments stimulate guests on arrival, before they are invited to enjoy the main event on the big screen, moderated by an entertaining local Calgary influencer. The live commentary, audience interaction, and MC improvisation against the backdrop of the Royal Wedding is sure to create a unique and entertaining impression with guests.
A toast to the wedding kiss will follow the ceremony with a glass of beautiful English sparkling wine. Various food stations featuring modern British fare will be set up throughout our visually appealing, high end venue.
As the formal portion of the event concludes, the guests continue to enjoy libations and nosh while perusing specially curated British brands on display. Brand activations and product samplings will vary and sponsors are encouraged to push the envelope in creative ways of engaging guests that will add to the experience. A signature component of BRITSTER events are our “Oscar-style” swag bags that our patrons will take home.
The party will wrap up by 12pm and will be followed by an optional after-party.

What students are saying:
"Earning the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award involved embracing many exciting challenges and getting an amazing education outside of the classroom. Whether hiking in Peru for my adventurous journey, engaging with other young Canadians in Ottawa for the gold project or volunteering with Girl Guides for the service component, each achievement pushed me out of my comfort zone, and nspired me be a better citizen while learning invaluable skills to take forward in my career"
